Conditioning will take place each Tuesday and Thursday at 2:40 up until the start of tryouts (Feb 15th). Attendance at the meeting and conditioning sessions is expected if you plan to try out.

Physicals- You must have a current physical on file from sometime in the past year in order to paricipate in any team activites. Click here for a copy of the Wake County Physical Form. This is the form that must be on file. Return the completed Physical Form to Coach Hayden asap.

Fall Ball

Fall Ball- The NCLaxacademy is running the Sunday League at Cary Academy again this summer- we recommend you join this if at all possible- their website is www.nclaxacademy.com. You have to register on-line.

August is a mandatory "Dead Period" for all non Fall sports. That means the coaches cannot have any coaching contact with the players. So far, the guys have been doing a great job of taking the initiative to get out on their own in groups and individually and work on their game. Keep it up!
